Manage User Accounts
The Accounts feature allows you to add users and permissions. You must be an Administrator to the Knowledge Platform to add and edit user accounts.
NOTE: SSO-enabled tenants have limited ability to manage user accounts; they can update Persona and Locale. To add, deactivate or activate user accounts or to update other fields, contact your company’s portal administrator.
NOTE: The API User account is managed by Syniti and can’t be edited. For more information, refer to Knowledge Platform API.
