Use this page to display the users and details of their access.
Users are maintained centrally within Syniti Knowledge Platform using a Single Sign On process. Within Syniti Construct users are set for Language, Group assignment, Role assignment, and Security Definitions. Users are created the first time they log into the Syniti Knowledge Platform.

To access this page, select Admin > Security > Users in the Navigation pane.
Field | Description |
User Role Staging | Click to open the User Role Staging page and add user role assignments to a staging table, either manually or using Excel Integration. Staging user roles allows a user to add multiple user role assignments in one process. |
NAME | Displays name of user associated with the User ID. |
EMAIL ADDRESS | Displays user's email address. This email address is used for all workflow notifications. |
LANGUAGE ID | Displays language used for the user's session. |
Groups | Click to open the User Group List page to add, edit and delete security groups to which the user belongs. |
Security Definitions | Click to open the User Security Definition Summary page to view a summary of security definitions assigned to the user. |
Roles | Click to open the User Roles page to assign security roles to users. Refer to Assign Users to Security Roles for more information. |

Field | Description |
Name | Displays name of the user associated with the User ID. |

Language ID | Displays language used for the user. |
Default Page ID | Displays page that opens when the user first logs in to the Syniti Construct. The default value is the Syniti Construct Site page. |
Style ID | Displays style used within the Syniti Construct for the logged in user. The style controls colors, fonts, etc. of the user interface. |

Email Address | Displays user's email address. This email address is used for all workflow notifications. |

Locale ID | Displays the locale used to translate date and number formats for the user. |
Logs | |
View History | Click to open the User History Log page, to view the user's system logs related to authentication, property changes and access changes. |
