Enhancement

When an asset detail page loads, instead of seeing a blank page, a loading icon now displays to clearly illustrate that the page is loading.

Bug Fix

[KYB-2557]-Fixed an issue that caused strategy asset detail pages to freeze when adding sponsors, forcing you to manually refresh the page to unfreeze it. Now, adding sponsors to strategy assets works as expected.

Bug Fixes

• [KYB-2573]-Fixed an issue on asset detail pages where when you tried to add a custom relationship configured with an Inverse Name and five or fewer Destination Asset Types, you'd receive an error message and the relationship assignment couldn't be saved.

• [KYB-2582]-Fixed an issue that prevented you from adding a field to a draft term in Candidate status.

• [KYB-2583]-Fixed an issue that prevented you from adding relationships from a goal to an initiative and from an initiative to a goal.

New Feature

In order to capture knowledge that makes sense to your organization and to use your own terminology to describe your business, Business Admin and Admin users may now add custom relationships to your tenant.

Enhancements

• On the asset detail page (and on the new Asset Relationship page), the friendly version of the relationship name, instead of the technical name, now displays on the asset detail pages. For example, you'll now see is related to a(n) instead of related_to.

• Assets are now listed alphabetically under each relationship type on the asset detail pages.

Bug Fixes

• [KYB-2507]-Fixed an issue where the incorrect placeholder text displayed on the relationship tabs of the asset detail pages when there were no relationships and for different user roles.

• [KYB-2360]-Fixed an issue where the Goals and Initiative tabs on an asset detail page were not being treated as hyperlinks, meaning you were unable to right-click the tab and open the link in an existing tab, a new tab or a new window. You may now perform the same right-click actions as with the other tabs on the asset detail page.

Bug Fix

[KYB-2510]-Fixed an issue where the hyperlinks were incorrect from the Goals and Initiatives asset detail pages to Data Sets and Systems.

Bug Fix

[KYB-2505]-Fixed an issue where selecting asset type search filters sporadically caused the global search list box to unexpectedly change. Assigning search filters now does not update the search asset type list box.

Enhancement

Previously, when a search was performed, all category and category values displayed as search filters (i.e., facets). Now, only category and category values relevant to the search results display as facets. This enhancement is a great improvement to user experience by only showing relevant filters based on search results.

• [KYB-2203]-Fixed an issue where updating a user name did not propagate throughout the entire Knowledge Tier.

• [KYB-2389]-Fixed an issue where the search bar did not retain search text after the search was executed. Now, the search bar still displays the search text on the search results page as expected.

• [KYB-2440]-Fixed an issue where data set relationships were not linked from the goal and initiative asset detail pages.

• [KYB-2450]-Fixed an issue that prevented you from adding a comment on the asset detail page for Systems.

• [KYB-2492]-Fixed an issue that prevented you from viewing relationships for an asset in Review or Published status. As before, the asset must be in Candidate status in order to modify the relationships; however, now you can also view the relationships for assets in Review or Published status.

Enhancements

• We added a Last Updated (UTC) time stamp to the Knowledge Tier Overview dashboard so that you can see exactly how current the data displayed on the dashboard is.

• We added a tutorial video to the Knowledge Tier Overview Dashboard topic.

Bug Fix

[KYB-2215]-Fixed an issue that allowed the Save button to become active in error when you added a goal or initiative. The Summary and Description are both required fields when you add these strategy assets. The Save button would become active if you entered text in either field. With the fix, both required fields must be populated before the Save button becomes active.

• [KYB-2335]-Fixed an issue where the avatar in the Notifications panel displayed the user's initials instead of the first two letters of their name.

• [KYB-2463]-Fixed an issue where, regardless of the actual value, the Assigned To value displayed as "Unknown" for a system or a data set in the preview panel.
