The Security feature allows you to add users, user groups and roles to manage user permissions. Your user must be assigned to a role with the Maintain Users feature activated to add, edit and view users. Refer to User Groups for more details.
Note
SSO-enabled tenants have limited ability to manage user accounts; they can update Persona and Locale. To add, deactivate or activate user accounts or to update other fields, contact your company’s portal administrator.
Note
The API User account is managed by Syniti and can’t be edited. For more information, refer to Knowledge Platform API.
