Add External References

You can link documentation that relates to an asset. This documentation can also be a page in the Syniti Knowledge Platform (refer to Share URLs for Assets for more information) or in the Stewardship Tier (refer to Stewardship Tier Navigation and Menu Options for more information.

To add an external reference to an asset:

1. Search for and open the asset.

2. Click the More actions ellipses.

3. Select Edit.

4. Locate the External References section.

5. Click Add .

6. Enter the name of the reference in the Name field.

7. Enter or paste the URL to the reference in the URL field.

   Note

   The URL must contain http:// or https//.

8. Click Add to save the external reference.

9. Click Save to save changes for the asset.
