About Guided Setup

The Guided Setup page provides a wizard for initial setup for a project in the logical order of steps. Each of the tabs of this page are also provided with the same pathway for direct access, but within this page the Project may be properly and logically prepared for use. Section Initial Setup-First Week provides details for this setup and will help to prepare the user for the sequenced steps. This Guided Setup page will assist the user in setting the Parameters; building the servers for Migrate and Construct access; creating the Environments for ETL processing, Reporting, and Project Setup; creating the Subject Areas that group together like processes; and creating the Development Areas that will store the tables, views, and rules used for the datasets.
