You can receive notifications about assignments to assets, requests for review or updates in the publication process. The Syniti Knowledge Platform also sends notifications related to data quality assignment to assets, and changes in data quality scores that cause them to fall below Critical and Warning levels.
If you enable email notifications, we also send email notifications in case you’re offline. Your affected assets are linked in the email so that you can view and take action on them as soon as they have been updated. If you assign an asset to yourself or perform reviewer actions, you will not receive email notifications about those actions, but the owner of the asset and other reviewers will be notified of your actions.

Email notifications are sent from skp-no-reply@Syniti.com. To prevent notifications from going to your spam folder, add skp-no-reply@Syniti.com to your contact list.

Email notifications can be turned on/off in user account settings.
Notifications are available for six months. After six months, whether read or unread, notifications are removed from the Notifications page.
