Web Traffic
Syniti recommends whitelisting all of the following web domains. Traffic must be allowed over TCP port 443 (aka HTTPS).
Required Whitelist Sites for the Syniti Knowledge Platform
These web domains are always needed by users and the API. They must be whitelisted on any networks that the users are browsing from:
-
https://knowledge.syniti.com
-
https://login.syniti.com
-
https://api.syniti.com
-
https://onprem.syniti.com
These additional web domains must be whitelisted if you are using the standard authentication, without single sign on (SSO). In other words, you do not need to whitelist these addresses if you use your own SSO identity provider to authenticate in the Syniti Knowledge Platform:
-
https://entota.auth.us-west-2.amazoncognito.com
-
https://entota.auth.us-east-2.amazoncognito.com
Whitelist Sites for the Migration Dashboard
These web domains are always needed on Stewardship Tier systems that populate the Migration Dashboard. They must be whitelisted on any networks that host those Stewardship Tier systems:
-
https://onprem.syniti.com
-
https://agent.virtyx.com
-
https://realtime.virtyx.com
This web domain is needed on any network where an application must access the API:
https://api.syniti.com
