About Object History Search
Object History Search provides a list of Syniti Migrate tables and fields with the latest action against them. This is helpful for IT Admin to determine the actions run against core database tables. The list provides the history of changes made in the system for auditing purposes. This grid of data may be filtered.
Users & Roles in Object History Search
This page is relevant to the IT Lead or Admin only.
Working in Object History Search
View the following page by navigating to Administer > Security > Object History Search from the Syniti Migrate Home page. This page is split into three sections: Filter, Object History Search, and Object History.
Object History Search: Main page
This page is a list of history for Migrate table maintenance for the Syniti Migrate system. There is no setup or maintenance of this section as it is displayed only.
Filter
The user filters for the data to view and display the rows of information.
The fields available for filter are:
Field | Definition |
|---|---|
Table Name | Enter in text for MIgrate core database table names. |
Created By | Login ID for this action. |
Record Limit | Enter the Maximum number of records to display. (Defaults value to 1000) |
From Date | Minimum Date for this table action. |
To Date | Maximum Date for this table action. |
Once filter values are entered click SEARCH 
button to view the details of the filter, or click CLEAR 
button to reset the fields for a new search.
Note
Should the Object History Search list display empty, click CLEAR
button and then click SEARCH
button to refresh and produce the entire list for viewing.

Object History Search
Object History Search page displays the following fields:
Heading | Description |

Table Name | Migrate core database tables |
History | Click this icon to open a window with the Table history of changes. |
Action | This field provides action for the table (UPDATE, INSERT, or DELETE) |
Created By | The Login ID that created this action. |
Created On | The date of the action. |
Object History
Once a row is selected, the Object History panel provides details of the tables latest action. This row of data is for the action created on the time and date of the Object History Search. Examples of the types of tables and details are provided below.

History Icon
The user may click on the History 
icon to view the details of actions against that table on the specific date of action. This is the history of every change, add, or delete for the standard tables of Syniti Migrate.
Object History: Full History Details
The Object History details may be downloaded to a file by a click on Download 
icon.
To exit this window, click on Cancel 
icon.
To exit this page, click on the Back arrow.
