Report Hub

The Syniti Knowledge Platform (SKP) Report Hub provides visibility into current reporting features in the SKP. This also serves as a placeholder for future reporting modules, making access to every reporting feature easy to locate. Currently, the Report Hub on the SKP Home page houses the following features:

• Dashboards

• Data Quality reports

While these features are readily available from Report Hub, they can also be located in their respective modules. For example, Reports under the Data Quality module and Dashboards from the Home menu.

Dashboards

Dashboards provide command, control, and visibility to data activities and actions throughout the SKP. Refer to Dashboards for more information.

Data Quality Reports

Data Quality reports provide insight into reports for data quality assets broken down by subject area. From the Data Quality Reports page, you can:

• Review basic report details like Data Quality Score, Status, Errors, run times, and Workflow Count.

• Access the rule the report belongs to by clicking the link in the Rule column.

• Access the system the report belongs to by clicking the link in the System column.

• Access the implementation the report belongs to by clicking the link in the Implementation column.

• View the report by clicking the View Report icon.

• Download the report by clicking the Download Report icon.

• Subscribe to a report summary by clicking the Subscribe icon at the top of the page. Refer to the Subscribing to Reports section below for more information.

Subscribing to Reports

Daily and weekly summaries of reports related to subject areas are available to users with access to Data Quality reports. These summary of reports eliminates the need for users to access the Data Quality Reports page regularly to analyze the status of the reports. The summary includes the top 10 reports by lowest Data Quality Score.

You can subscribe to a daily or weekly report summary by clicking the Subscribe icon at the top of the Data Quality Reports page. An email notification including the report details will be delivered to the email address associated with your user account on designated basis.
