Security Role Key Values

Use this page to Assign Keys to Security Roles.

To access this page:

Select Admin > Security > Security Management > Security Roles in the Navigation pane.
From the Security Roles page, click the Keys icon for NAME; all security definitions for the role displays.
Click the Keys icon for a DESCRIPTION.

Field	Description
Add Keys	Click to add the selected key(s) to the role. Click Ctrl + *click* to select multiple keys. A key value set is used to restrict user access.
Remove Keys	Click to remove the selected key(s) from the role. Click Ctrl + *click* to select multiple keys. A key value set is used to restrict user access.
SECURITY DEFINITION KEY ID	Displays key used to restrict user access to the security definition.
IS ROLE MEMBER	If checked, the key value is included in the selected security role, and content access is restricted to this key value for users assigned to the security role.
