Note
Use this page to Assign Keys to Security Roles.
To access this page:
Select Admin > Security > Security Management > Security Roles in the Navigation pane.
From the Security Roles page, click the Keys icon for NAME; all security definitions for the role displays.
Click the Keys icon for a DESCRIPTION.
Field | Description |
Add Keys | Click to add the selected key(s) to the role. Click Ctrl + click to select multiple keys. A key value set is used to restrict user access. |
Remove Keys | Click to remove the selected key(s) from the role. Click Ctrl + click to select multiple keys. A key value set is used to restrict user access. |
SECURITY DEFINITION KEY ID | Displays key used to restrict user access to the security definition. |
IS ROLE MEMBER | If checked, the key value is included in the selected security role, and content access is restricted to this key value for users assigned to the security role. |
