Verify Your New User Account

When your Knowledge Platform account is created by an Administrator, you receive an email to verify your new account.

To verify your new Knowledge Platform account:

  1. Click Verify Email in your email; the Activate Account page opens.

    Note

    The Email used to create the account automatically populates in the Email field.

  2. Enter a new password.

  3. Confirm your new password.

    Note

    The password must contain the following:

    • A lower case letter

    • An upper case letter

    • A special character

    • A number

    • At least 8 characters

  4. Click Save; you are directed to the Knowledge Platform login page and can log in with your new account. Refer to Log In to the Syniti Knowledge Platform for more information.
