Add a Subject Matter Expert to an Asset

You can add one or more subject matter experts (SME)s to your asset. When you add or remove an SME, the SME receives a notification in their notification panel and email, depending on their user settings.

SMEs may want to be removed or reassigned if the user has been deactivated.

Note

You must assign at least one SME to an asset (term, policy or rule) to send it for review. The Send for Review button is dimmed when no SMEs are assigned to an asset.

Use Bulk Edit to Apply Edits to Multiple Assets

With Bulk Edit, you can filter a list of assets on the Search Results page to be updated with values that you select including:

• Owner

• SMEs/Stakeholders

• Categories and values
