Two options allow you to control how data quality scores roll up to rules, subject areas, business concepts, and business processes to ensure calculations only include the scores for relevant assets. This is important because business users may be actively monitoring the data quality scores and making decisions based on scores and they do not want the scores to be influenced because they include irrelevant data.
Uncheck the Roll Up Data Quality Score check box on the Enforcement page if the enforcement relates to an activity that is NOT relevant (e.g., data quality for a migration project) or not fully tested and reviewed.
Turn off the Include in Data Quality toggle on the Implementation page when:
an implementation is currently going through a testing cycle and the results are not ready to be shared, or
the implementation uses a connection to a non-production system.
