Enhancement

Previously, an unhelpful server error message displayed when you created a new category using the same name as an existing category. Now, a friendly validation message displays indicating that a category with that name already exists.

Bug Fixes

• [KYB-2714]-Resolved an issue where on the Categories page values that were selected but not added with the + icon were being copied into all categories for the asset. With this fix, category values behave as expected.

• [KYB-2747]-An error occurred on the View Change History page that caused inactive users to display as active. With this fix, the user's account status displays accurately.

• [KYB-2799]-If a user's account is inactive, the check box selections on the About Me page for Receive Email Notifications and Opt-In Usage Information Tracking are cleared. If a user's account is reactivated, they must make these selections when they log in again.

• [KYB-2798]-If a user's account is set to inactive, the check box selection on the About Me page for Receive Email Notifications is cleared, so they will no longer receive email notifications.

Enhancement

We deployed a new version of the Advanced Migration Status Reporting Dashboard, named Advanced Migration Status Reporting v2. If you have set your existing Advanced Migration Status Reporting Dashboard as your default dashboard, you will receive the following message when navigating to the Syniti Dashboard page:

We also added the following indicators and metrics to the Migration Dashboard to improve insights for Object Statuses:

• Relevancy Status-Uses the Relevancy Status to Plan metric.

• Pre Load Status-Uses the Pre Load Status to Plan metric.

• Post Load Status-Uses the Post Load Status to Plan metric.

• Load Program Status-Uses the Load Program Status to Plan metric.

• Unit Test Status-Uses the Unit Test Status to Plan metric.

Bug Fix

[KYB-2719]-Fixed an issue where removing text from a term's Additional Information field and then saving the changes resulted in partial removal of the text. Now, when terms are saved, the Additional Information field reflects updates made to the text as expected.

Bug Fix

[KYB-2872]-An error occurred when goal or initiative relationships were added to initiative or goal assets, respectively. This issue caused new goals and initiatives to fail to save, and it caused existing relationships between goals and initiatives to fail to display. With this fix, initiative or goal relationships can be added to a goal or initiative, and the asset will save and display as expected.

Bug Fix

[KYB-2578]-Fixed an issue that when setting the Originating Asset Types or the Destination Asset Types to All Assets, the relationship did not appear as an option on the asset detail page.

Bug Fix

[KYB-2742]-Fixed an issue where system and data sets contacts always showed up as inactive even though they aren't Knowledge Tier users. Contacts now show up as active as expected.
