We’ve made updates to Syniti Match to enhance your experience. With these improvements, setup in the Admin module is no longer required. Existing Templates will still be supported, but creating new templates is no longer possible. You can now create Match jobs directly from Syniti Match without any need for prior setup in the Admin module.
Match in the Syniti Knowledge Platform allows you to configure, execute, and view results sent from the Syniti Match Desktop. Setup in Admin is required to run jobs from Syniti Match and effectively match contact and operational data.
Match licenses are set up on the Licenses page in Admin > Match > Licenses. On this page, a list of Match licenses and basic information relating to these licenses can be viewed, including:
Name—The name entered on creation of the license
Type—The type of service that the Match license is connected to, either Hub or Cortex.
Status—The activation status of the license, either:
Active—The current date is within the license expiration date.
Expired—The current date has passed the license expiration date.
Max Records Volume—The maximum number of records that can be run for a single job. If the record number on any job execution exceeds the maximum value, the job execution fails.
Expiration Date—The date the license expires and is no longer considered active.

Activation codes are obtained when purchasing Syniti Match Desktop. For help with your Match Desktop activation code, refer to Match Desktop - Download or contact Syniti Support.
To add a new license, click Register license and enter the required information. After a license has been registered, a Remote Service must be created to run jobs in Syniti Match. Refer to Remote Services for details.
Once a license expiration date passes, the status of that license changes from Active to Expired. If the license has been renewed, the expiration date of the license is automatically updated. This process ensures job history for the license remains under one license record in Syniti Match.
To edit a license, click the Edit icon on this page. Licenses can be edited at any time to update the Name, activation Code, or Type. For help accessing your Match activation code, refer to Match Desktop - Download or contact Syniti Support. The license expiration date populates on the license record based on the activation Code entered.
