[KYB-2081]-If your user profile was modified on the About Me or the Accounts page, the Receive Email Notifications and Opt-In Usage Information Tracking check boxes were cleared, causing you to select your preferences next time you logged in. This issue has been fixed.

• [KYB-2089]-Fixed an issue where after a term was published, the Fields Relationship tab displayed the count of related fields, but the field detail page was blank.

• [KYB-1697]-When trying to log out of the Knowledge Tier from the Bulk Update or Search pages, a pop-up confirmation message displays. We've fixed a sizing issue that caused you to scroll in order to click a button in the message.

Enhancement

We improved the styling for the User List in the Syniti Dashboard Builder. The colors and fonts now align with our standards and look cohesive with the rest of the product.

Bug Fix

[KYB-2088]-Fixed an issue where you were unable to populate Assigned To on a new draft of an asset (term, rule or policy) until the browser was manually refreshed.

Enhancement

We've made submitting an asset for review easier by allowing you to send the asset directly for review after selecting the Reviewer in the Endorsement workflow panel, instead of having to close the panel and click an additional Send for Review button. Refer to Configure the Custom Workflow and Send for Review for more information.

Bug Fix

[KYB-1847]-Fixed an issue related to endorsement workflows that allowed you to click the Submit for Review button multiple times while waiting for a response from the network. With the fix, when you click the Submit for Review button once, the button is disabled.

Bug Fixes

• [KYB-1986]-Fixed the date that displays when an asset is published to reflect the actual published date, as opposed to the date the asset was created or edited. The date displays in the Version list box.

• [KYB-1941]-Fixed an issue that prevented some assets that were in Review status from displaying in search results when the Review facet was checked. Instead, these assets were returned in search when the Candidate facet was applied. With the fix, assets in Review status display as expected in search results.

Enhancement

Bulk update now considers the asset version to assess how asset updates are applied:

• Published-if the asset has been published, a new draft version of the asset is created.

• Review-if the asset is in a review status, the asset is excluded from the bulk update and an entry in the bulk update log is included with the asset details.

• Draft-if the asset is in a draft status, the draft version is updated. A notification about the update impact is sent to the Assigned To and Sponsor.

• [KYB-1792]-Fixed an issue that prevented draft assets that were previously published to be updated via bulk update.

• [KYB-2026]-When an error is received during a bulk upload, a notification is sent, which contains a "View Job Details" link. Previously, this link opened a blank window; now it displays the log details as expected.

• [KYB-2024]-Fixed an issue where a success notification displayed when category changes were made to assets via bulk update; however, category value additions did not appear on the asset detail of the selected assets.
