The Platform Usage page shows a comprehensive overview of your organization’s activity within the Syniti Knowledge Platform. Use this page to monitor overall usage and gain insights for business management.
Understanding Platform Usage
Overview
The Overview section features a bar chart summarizing monthly platform usage over the past 12 months (measured in TBs). Usage is categorized by:
Storage—Total data stored each month. Stored data is data in the database, including any failed data.
Process—Total data processed via report runs each month.
Month Breakdown
To view details for a specific month, select a month from the Select Month list box. The Month Breakdown section displays circle charts with:
Storage by Module—Data stored in each module for the selected month
Process by Module—Data processed in each module for the selected month
More details about data usage can be found in each used module.
Month Usage
The Month Usage section provides daily breakdowns for the selected month:
Historic Process Usage—Daily data processed (in GBs)
Historic Storage Usage—Daily data stored (in GBs)
