Overview
The Restart Cransoft/DSP page displays instances of the Cransoft/DSP service hosted by Syniti in your Windows environment and provides the ability to restart those instances if an instance is unresponsive or requires a restart without the need to access the Windows server directly.
Instances of Cransoft/DSP are registered by Syniti CloudOps as part of the management of your tenant. If you are missing a Cransoft/DSP instance, please contact Syniti Support to register the missing service.
Use the Restart button associated with each service instance to restart its operation. Each instance of a Cransoft/DSP service will be listed with its own Restart button, limiting the restart process to that specific instance.
Note
After initiating a restart for a service instance, the Restart button becomes unavailable for a brief period before it can be used again.
Should there be an error during the restart process, for example, Service Not Found, please contact Syniti Support.
