On the Datasources multi-panel page, the data is divided among the Applications, Instances, and Datasources types. The Show list controls these types. Select a type from the Show list and the page provides guidance for building the details.
On the Datasources panel, click the Add icon to select from the list of possible connections for data connectivity and launch the appropriate Details window.
Add an Instance
From the Show list, select the Instances type to view the details of this type in the multi-panel.
In the Application Instances panel, click the Add icon to open the Create New Instance page.
Enter the details for this instance using the following table as a reference:

Click the Save icon to complete.
Edit an Instance
To modify an existing Instance, click the Edit icon to view the Instance Details page.
You may add new Datasources to the existing Instance. You may also modify the Details section to update field values as required.
The left side of the Instance Details page contains the Instance details. These fields are supportive of the Instance design, usage, classification, and review. Each section of this panel stores valuable information. In the left-side panel, the following quick use icons are available at the header bar:

When finished with editing the Instance details, click the Save icon to complete.
