Counts for the Report

Within the Title bar for the report, the Report's name will list as well as the Record Count or total number of records for this report, the Limit value, and the current count depending upon criteria of the report. 

The example below is a Deployment Report.  The total Record Count is 26, but the current count is 13.  That is due to there being 2 Deployments each with 13 records.  This is the report of the one deployment. 

Breadcrumb Trail on Report Details page

To assist the user in keeping track of the hierarchy for the viewed report, the system provides a breadcrumb trail directly below the Title bar.

Filter on Field Values

While viewing the report online, the user may click on the Search  icon to add filtering to the report. 

As the user enters characters into the filter field, the list of records will update, and the resulting filtered count will be provided.

Column Options

While viewing the report online, the user may click on any column drop-down to view a list of options for that column.

The Group option is very beneficial to view Summary counts of report data.

Note

The other options are Sorting the records by Ascending or Descending values and Hide the column - this will remove the column from view, but it remains in the report.

Click on the Group option to summarize that column's data very quickly into a list and count by that group.
