Article summary

Match jobs are used to effectively match contact and operational data by comparing all relevant data and using a variety of strategies to process a wide array of standard errors.

A list of Match jobs displays on the Match jobs page in Home > Match Jobs. Use this page to review all Match jobs and basic information relating to those jobs, including Status, Name, Description, Last Run date, and the Syniti Match Desktop Template used for legacy match jobs created from Match Desktop. Click the link in the Name column to access a Match job.

Match jobs can be searched using the Search field at the top of the grid. Optionally, you can filter the jobs grid using the filter options in the Filter By panel. This page can be filtered using:

  • Status—The current state of the job.

    • Success—The job was successfully processed and results are available.

    • Error—There was an error running the job and no results are available. Check the History tab on the job details page for information on the error.

    • Pending—The job is queued to run.

    • Running—The job is actively running. Results are not yet available.

    • No Connection—There is an API Connection failure and the job cannot be run.

    • Reset—The job has been reset and previously generated results are no longer available.

  • Owner—The Syniti Knowledge Platform user accountable for ensuring the job is properly defined and governed. Users with View access cannot be Owners.

Once you have entered a search phrase and, optionally selected a filter, click the Filter button to narrow down Match jobs displaying in the grid.
