Syniti is back with another release, featuring an enhancement to datastore scanning that gives you more control over your scanning process.
Previously, the Scan button was disabled during an active scan, preventing any user action until the scan was completed. With this update, you will now see a Cancel scan button in place of the disabled Scan button while a scan is in progress.
The Cancel scan button allows you to stop an ongoing scan at any time. When clicked, the scan is canceled, and the scan job status is updated based on the cancellation result.
Refer to Scan a System Datastore for more information on scanning datastores.

Syniti is excited to announce powerful new enhancements to the Syniti Knowledge Platform: Golden Record Generation and AI Parameters support. These enhancements deliver smarter, more efficient data management and matching, helping you maintain the highest data quality standards across your organization.
Match
Golden Record Generation
Golden Record Generation is now available when the Enable Match Review setting is turned on during Match job creation. This enhancement empowers you to easily identify and retain the most accurate, valuable data from duplicate records—ensuring your business decisions are always based on the best available information.
Key Features
Golden Record Generation—When Match review is enabled, golden record matching becomes available for your Match jobs. This feature intelligently determines which fields to retain from duplicate records, preserving the most valuable business attributes.
Clear Golden Record Display—Golden records are displayed separately from source records, making it easy to identify the most accurate final record for each group.
Master Record Management—The initial golden record is set as the master record. You can update the golden record to match the new master record at any time.
Direct Editing—Easily edit the golden record using the Edit Golden Record icon to ensure all relevant data is included in the final record.
AI-assisted Regeneration—Use the Regenerate Golden Record icon to automatically update the golden record with the most relevant data from the group, leveraging AI for optimal results.
Benefits
Data Accuracy—Always work with the most reliable and up-to-date information by consolidating duplicate records into a single, authoritative golden record.
Efficiency—Reduce manual effort and streamline data stewardship with automated matching, editing, and AI-assisted regeneration.
Flexibility—Easily manage, edit, or reset golden records as your data evolves, ensuring your records always reflect the latest and most accurate information.
Refer to Golden Record Generation for more details.
SKP Admin
AI Parameters
AI Parameters give you the flexibility to trigger intelligent actions across different modules based on your existing records. Activate all AI features by turning the Enable AI features toggle ON in Admin Parameters.
This feature is being enabled for tenants individually over time. If you do not see this page in the SKP Admin module, it is not yet available for your tenant. Early access requests are available.
Important
Before enabling AI functionality, confirm approval from your corporate IT and security teams.
Refer to Parameters for more details.

We fixed an issue where copying a source did not properly configure the ETL Job on the newly created source, causing it to fail to build the ETL Job.
We fixed an issue in Snapshot Management where, when a Client Filter was applied to tables in a Datasource that was tied to a Snapshot Datasource, the same tables failed to load in the System Datasources > System Snapshot Tables panel.
We fixed an issue in the Orchestrate module where creating an Execute ETL orchestrate task resulted in an Internal Server Error, preventing users from selecting an ETL job.
We fixed an issue in Migrate where the error message “Could not retrieve data” appeared on certain pages during data retrieval.
