About PMO Dashboard

View the following page by navigating to Monitor > PMO Dashboard from the Syniti Migrate Homepage.

Project metrics are used to track progress so the team can see open work as well as percentage of completion. Examples of metrics include Conversion Readiness, Build Status, and Cleansing Status. This section is a READ ONLY set of pages. All configuration settings and metric setup are performed in Administer > Advanced > Metrics Configuration.

The PMO Dashboard is interactive and contains many links that provides the user ability to deep dive into the details of a Release, a Milestone, a Subject Area, or a Conversion Object.

Note

Central Wave or Central Relevancy Subject Areas and Datasets are not relevant for PMO Dashboard Metric calculations when the user roles are Dataset Designer or Mapper. These objects for Central Wave will only be part of the metrics calculations for the Migration team roles such as Developer or Project Manager.

PMO Dashboard level

Initially, the user must select from a drop down list the Release and then save that entry to build out the dashboard. If there is only one Release, it defaults as the value.

Note

Should the user want to change from one Release to another, they can click on the Release Name in the breadcrumb pathway at the top left of the page to open the link to select from the drop down a new Release.
