Syniti is back with another release. Cloud Construct now includes auditing capabilities that enable comprehensive change tracking and governance across your datasets, while delivering significant performance improvements for large webapp operations and resolving critical stability issues.

New Features
Cloud Construct
Cloud Construct now includes an Auditing feature. Administrators can enable auditing on a grid or form container's dataset from a dedicated Auditing page in the WebApp Builder, where they can enable or disable tracking per dataset across any configured datastore. Once enabled, each row displays an Audit History button that opens a dialog box showing the complete change history for that record, including:
who made each change
when, what action was taken (insert, update, or delete)
the before and after values for every modified field
Results are paginated for datasets with extensive history. Refer to Auditing for more information.
Bug Fixes
Cloud Construct
We fixed an issue where converting larger webapps could fail or cause errors. Additionally, saving large webapps is also now significantly faster, reduced from several minutes to seconds.
We fixed an issue where the Update Dataset dialog box failed when attempting to manage fields in an existing dataset in the WebApp Builder.
We fixed an issue where saving changes in the WebApp Builder failed with the following error: 413 Request Entity Too Large.

Find & Fix
The Syniti Knowledge Platform (SKP) introduces Find & Fix, a unified end-to-end data quality remediation workflow that closes the loop between issue detection and correction. Organizations can now identify data quality issues, enable governed remediation through business-friendly WebApps, and write corrected records back to source, staging, and target systems—all within a single, fully audited workflow.

Syniti Knowledge Platform
Data Quality Dimensions
SKP now includes Data Quality Dimensions, a powerful enhancement that enables structured assessment and classification of data quality issues across your subject areas, rules, datasets, and business processes. This feature brings industry-standard data governance practices directly into your data quality workflow.
Data quality rules can be tagged with standardized dimensions that represent different aspects of data quality:
Accuracy—Data correctly represents real-world values.
Completeness—Data is not missing required values.
Conformity—Data conforms to specified formats.
Consistency—Data provides non-conflicting information.
Integrity—Data maintains important relationship linkages.
Timeliness—Data is sufficiently up-to-date.
Uniqueness—Data is not duplicated.
Administrators can enable or disable the Data Quality Dimensions feature through the Admin module, create custom dimensions with unique names and descriptions, manage custom dimensions, and control which dimensions are available for rule tagging. Enabled dimensions allow you to view dimensions-specific charts on catalog pages, filter rule search results by dimensions, click any dimensions chart to see all rules tagged with that dimensions, and gain insights into which aspect of data quality need attention.
Benefits of Data Quality Dimensions include:
Better Prioritization—Understand which types of data quality issues are most prevalent and prioritize remediation efforts accordingly.
Standardized Reporting—Align your data quality metrics with industry-recognized standards for more meaningful reporting to stakeholders.

Administrators can enable Data Quality Dimensions in Admin. Once enabled, users can begin tagging rules with appropriate dimensions and viewing dimension-based reports in the catalog.

Cancel an In-progress Profiling Job
You can now cancel a datastore profiling job that is currently running, directly from the system’s Datastore page or from the datastore’s Table page — no need to wait for the job to finish running or contact an administrator.
For users with Execute Profiling permissions, the Cancel Profile icon appears automatically on the system’s Datastore page when a datastore-level profile is in progress. Similarly, the Cancel profile button appears automatically on the datastore’s Table page when a profile job is in progress.
Cancelling a datastore profile automatically cancels all related table profile jobs that are still running.

Replicate Preview
Replicate Preview enables the use of OData services as both source and target endpoints (in snapshot mode), requiring manual setup of OData datastores, connections, and entities for replication workflows.
Key Benefits:
Supports SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and any OData-enabled system with read/write capabilities
Allows OData endpoints to act as both source and target within replication workspaces
Manual entity (table) configuration gives precise control over which OData entities are used in replication

Cloud Construct
Custom Dashboards in SKP enable authorized users to create interactive, data-driven visualizations using external & platform data, leveraging Cloud Construct to track metrics, milestones, and performance. Match
Golden Record generation is now available when the Enable Match Review setting is turned on. This feature provides a simple, efficient way to retain valuable business attributes from matching records so you can determine which fields should be preserved from duplicate records.

Syniti is back with another release. This release delivers new bulk management capabilities for translations and user deployments in Migrate, enhances reporting with improved naming and timezone awareness, and includes bug fixes that refine filtering, ETL imports, and report generation.

New Features
Migrate
You can now bulk import column translations from an Excel file on the Column Translations page, eliminating the need to add translation entries one at a time. The new workflow includes downloading a template, import the completed file, and review a summary dialog showing new records to import, existing records to skip, and any invalid rows with row-level error details before confirming.

You can now manage user deployment assignments in bulk from the Migrate > User Deployment page, eliminating the need to assign users one at a time. Admins can select multiple users from the User Deployment grid, choose one or more deployments from a searchable multi-select picker, and assign or remove deployment access in bulk.

Enhancements
Migrate
Report downloads in Migrate now use meaningful, identifiable filenames. A new editable Report Name field has been added to store the user-facing display name of the report, and the existing Report field has been renamed to Report View to clearly distinguish the display name from the underlying system view identifier.

Migrate now includes a custom color picker for environment color coding, replacing the previous set of 7 preset colors.
When a user is disabled from the SKP Admin page, all associated Migrate user records are now automatically deleted as well, so the disabled user no longer appears in user-facing lists within Migrate.
We enhanced the Job Queue steps grid by adding a dedicated Started On column that displays ETL status timestamps in the user’s local timezone, making it easier to correlate execution times with debug log entries.
ETL reports now rebuild the ALL ERRORS report only once and update the Stage Ready, Data Ready, and Business Ready flags by joining the target table directly to the report. This reduces reliance on the ALL ERRORS report and avoids repeated recompiles on the HANA database during ETL processing.
Bug Fixes
Migrate
We fixed an issue where filtering value mapping target values only searched the matching value, not the full string.
We fixed an issue where importing ETLs with the Truncate option removed system-generated ETLs, causing them to be re-added from the Excel file as editable records and later duplicated during ETL builds. The
user_createdfield in the ETL Import template has been replaced with thetemplate_keyfield. Thetemplate_keyfield contains system-generated values that provide a meaningful identifier for the type of ETL rule imported, such as Target Delete or Source Insert.We fixed an issue where downloading a Target report with an Order By column that was not part of the report view produced a blank Excel file with headers, and no error was shown. Migrate now displays an error message immediately when the download button is clicked if the Order By column is invalid, and no file is downloaded, making it clear that the Order By field needs to be corrected.

New Features
Replicate Preview
Replicate Preview now supports data partitioning to significantly improve replication performance. You can partition data by defining custom WHERE conditions (source and target filters) to split records into separate execution units that execute in parallel.
Partitioning is automatically applied based on data volume and table size (for tables with 500,000+ rows or 100 MB+), or you can create custom partitions to match your data's natural logical structure such as by date ranges, regions, or business units.

Syniti Knowledge Platform
The Platform Usage dashboard, a new analytics capability that provides clear visibility into how your organization is using the Syniti Knowledge Platform (SKP), is now available. This dashboard delivers daily and monthly insights into data storage and processing activity across all SKP modules, giving teams a transparent view of platform usage patterns and trends over the past 12 months.

12-Month Overview: Visual bar chart summarizing monthly platform usage segmented by Storage (total data stored) and Process (total data processed)
Month Breakdown Analysis: Interactive charts that show how storage and processing usage is distributed across SKP modules for any selected month.

The Platform Usage dashboard provides administrators with a clear, high‑level view of how the SKP is being used across the organization. It is designed to support transparency and understanding of overall platform activity by offering:

Enhancements
Cloud Construct
"Construct Preview" has been renamed to "Cloud Construct," and "Construct Home" has been renamed to "Construct" throughout the SKP. These changes are applied to navigation labels, headings, and documentation providing clearer differentiation between the legacy and cloud-based experiences.
Cloud Construct now supports a unified edit mode when adding or editing a row across multiple containers on a construct page. Add All and Edit All buttons are now available on parent grids, which automatically open both the parent grid and all related child property cards in edit mode simultaneously. A single Save action applies changes across all containers, and Cancel discards all changes together.

Buttons in Cloud Construct can now be configured to both navigate to a target page and trigger an event in a single action. Previously, the configuration prevented buttons from having both a Link to Page configuration and an associated event. This update removes that restriction, enabling workflows that require contextual navigation with data creation or updates. If the event fails, navigation does not occur and the user remains on the current page.
Cloud Construct now supports the Combo Box control type. Combo boxes require users to filter before list values are displayed, making them suitable for lists with a large number of records. This functionality is available through a toggle button in the existing list box column input type configuration.

Cloud Construct now supports the List Allow Insert feature for list box and combo box column input types. When enabled, users can enter values directly, even if those values are not available in the list dataset. The following modes are supported:
No: Insert is not allowed. Users can only select values from the list dataset.
Yes: Users can enter custom values, which are saved only for that record in the grid or form container and not added to the list dataset.
Constrained to Table: Users can only enter valid unfiltered values from the list dataset, even when filters are applied.

Toolbar button actions configured as Link to Page Name now support parameter bindings, matching the functionality already available for the Button column input type. Users can bind key fields such as Customer ID from the source page to the target page when using toolbar navigation, enabling context-aware drill-down workflows from the toolbar.
Cloud Construct now supports controlling the opacity of borders all types of containers. A new Border Opacity field is available in the Advanced Properties section for each container in the WebApp Builder, where you can set a value from 0% (not visible) to 100% (fully visible). This gives you more control over the visual appearance of your construct pages, especially in scenarios where multiple containers are nested to display information and hiding borders improves the visual flow between cards.
Cloud Construct now accepts both
boaUserIDandboaUserEmailas parameters in stored procedures that populate the user’s email address.Cloud Construct now supports the Allow Space property for Text Box and Text Area columns in grid and form containers.
When set to true (the default), leading and trailing spaces are preserved in field values.
When set to false, spaces are automatically trimmed.
This gives builders control over whether whitespace-only or space-padded entries are accepted, and integrates with required field validation so that a space-only value in a trimmed field is flagged as invalid before save.
Replicate Preview
Replicate Preview now supports the Drop Target Table action for each replication task, allowing you to drop the target table completely from the target database. This action supports all currently supported database types. Additionally, you can configure a replication to drop and recreate the target table instead of truncating it before inserting records from the replication settings.
Replicate Preview now supports extraction from Pool and Cluster tables using an SAP NetWeaver RFC connection. When a Pool or Cluster table is identified in the catalog, Replicate Preview automatically switches to the SAP NetWeaver connection defined on the datastore to extract the data via RFC. If no SAP NetWeaver connection is defined, a clear error message is displayed indicating that Pool and Cluster tables cannot be extracted without one.
File export replications now include the following options:
The ability to exclude the header row in the export file.
A Text Qualifier setting to choose between single or double quotes as the string separator.
The Groups tab in a workspace now includes grid filters for both Groups and Replications panels, making it easier to search for specific items.
Replicate Preview now includes Export Selected and Export All features in the Replications panel, allowing you to save replication details in .csv or .xlsx format.
Replicate Preview now supports the following database systems:
Salesforce as a source
MySQL as both source and target

Bug Fixes
Catalog
We fixed an issue where testing a connection for the Cloud Replication usage returned an Internal Server Error (500), even though the underlying connection was valid.
We fixed an issue where the test connection with the Cloud Replication usage for SAP HANA reported a failure even though replications using the same connection executed successfully.
Cloud Construct
We fixed an issue where Business Rule and Validation Stored Procedure tasks in OnLoad events did not trigger their respective Orchestrate workflows.
We fixed an issue where the Direct Update-enabled check box and toggle switch column input types required clicking the Save Rows button to apply changes instead of updating the value directly.
We fixed an issue where Build Assist failed to perform the requested action and did not display an error message. Build Assist now displays an error message to the user, allowing them to triage the issue and continue using the feature.
We fixed an issue where forms did not warn about unsaved changes when you refreshed the page, switched records, or navigated to another tab.
Replicate Preview
We fixed an issue where the replication execution logs did not provide sufficient details to identify the error in certain scenarios.
We fixed an issue where importing large .xlsx files with more than 300 columns failed with a batch write error.
We fixed an issue where the source table selection list in the New Replication dialog box's Source section was limited to displaying 20 tables in search results, which were not sorted alphabetically. This prevented users from selecting or replicating tables beyond the first 20 results. The list now displays the complete filtered result set in alphabetical order.
We fixed an issue where the Syniti System and associated Datastore were automatically created for customers that do not have the Migrate module enabled.
We fixed an issue where replication extraction failures displayed generic error messages such as "Replication operation timed out” without providing detailed failure reasons.
We fixed an issue where sorting replications by Target Name caused some replications to disappear from the list. This occurred because the replications list used lazy loading, and sorting only applied to the initially loaded subset of records rather than the complete set.
We fixed an issue where replications rejected source filters containing subqueries.
